This is very good actually:) This is the way the apes eat, this is the way human is designed to eat as well.Bread and grains?...well I do recommend a very good book about this subject called RAW SECRETS by Frederic Patenaude, it is great source for new to raw food diet etc. One of the best books I have ever read about the raw.. :)

The thing that I don't get is, how on earth do you eat 10 to 15 cups of veges per day? Not to mention 15-21 serves of fruit?? I like the idea in theory, but in practice it seems un-doable.
It's easy . 1 cup of lettuce is very light. 1 fruit is pretty small when you're' hungry. Just try it. (bigger portions are necessary if more calories are needed)
It you feel it still doesn't work, here's a tip: Juice the veggies, blend the fruits !
That looks odd ... where is
That looks odd ... where is the breads? How could you eat fruit instead of bread, rice? ...just curios
